In the absence of an agreement between you (spokesman for the Rusty Bunch (RB)) and Kenn Flemmons (spokesman for the Brewery Collectibles Club of America (BCCA)) permission is not granted to digitally scan back issues of the Beer Cans Monthly and the Brewery Collectibles.

Should you mollify your current position, the BCCA would readily agree to return to the bargaining table. I am convinced that our mutual interests will overcome current obstacles and a mutually acceptable agreement can be reached.

However, per your original request, I will present your proposal to the BCCA Board of Directors for a vote at their June 10, 2006 meeting. Please take this opportunity to add or delete from your original request as you see fit.
