Randy's "Barnes & Noble" Book Request/Ordering

This is purely "on demand publishing", no inventory, no upfront costs. No risk if producing one book or 1,000.

1) Fill out this entire request form. All fields are mandatory

2) Make sure to choose which book(s), quantity and payment type.

3) Click the "Submit Purchase Request" button to send your request.

4) Randy adds your request to B&N "Shopping Cart" and emails exact cost invoice.

5) Per invoice email, you review and send exact cost per requested payment method.

6) Randy on receipt of payment clicks the B&N "Submit Order" button.

7) Please be patient. Publishing takes 2-3 weeks, shipping 2-4 days.

Note: These are "exact cost", zero profit projects. Your cost will be the the exact B&N
book cost + shipping + taxes. The latter will vary per state and any combined shipping.
